Are the lotions and balms on Eczist guaranteed to cure my eczema?

No, these are various lotions and creams that have worked for my skin. I did not get good control with the normal medications, so I turned to Ayurvedic options. Blending Ayurveda (which is the ancient science of plant chemistry to treat disease) with modern methods of making lotions has helped me tremendously. But they may or may not work for you. They are all safe within reason, but everyone has individual responses. Curing eczema is not possible though, only controlling it.
